  • TRAINING - Properly balanced diet is key, as well as every morning having a routine for strength and conditioning. Brian trains frequently at USA Stars with stand up Coach John Cambell. They train with light & hard grappling.
  • How Brian became an MMA fighter - After wrestling in high school, Brian decided to join a mixed martial arts gym in Nashville, TN. He started training with John Leblarc & Danny Jones at Team Nemesis. He moved back to his hometown of Shawnee, OK, where he began training with Rafael Lavato Jr. Brian then established his Blue Belt & now trains at various gyms including "Shape" in Mid-West City, "USA Stars" & the "Shawnee Wrestling Room", learning different aspects of the game.
  • Who is Brian's Heroes? - God, first off. Brian prays before each fight. He also has much respect for some fellow fighters, such as Antonia Nogeria. Brian enjoys watching him fight and how he always falls back on his bbj. Anderson Silbia is another hero due to his versatility & dominance in the ring.
  • Favorite technique? - Rolling inverted oomaglatta for grappling.
